Summary
This study aims to find the best way to prevent wound complications in women who need repeat breast cancer surgery after previous radiation treatment. Researchers will compare three approaches: a week of antibiotics, a special wound vacuum dressing, or no extra treatment. The goal is to determine if these preventive measures reduce infections and healing problems in this high-risk group.
