Summary
This study is testing whether some breast cancer patients can safely skip a lymph node biopsy during surgery. The biopsy can cause long-term side effects like arm swelling and pain. Researchers want to see if patients whose tumors shrink completely with chemotherapy first have the same cancer control without this procedure.
