Summary
This study is testing a digital questionnaire called MammoScreen that helps identify women at average or increased risk for breast cancer. It aims to see if integrating this tool into electronic health records helps more women get appropriate screening and genetic counseling referrals. The research involves over 1,100 women and focuses on improving how doctors and patients make decisions about breast cancer prevention.
