NCT ID NCT05838417
First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looked at how women aged 39 to 49 make decisions about mammography screening after reading a guide that explains both the benefits and harms. About 500 women completed surveys over a year to share their thoughts, intentions, and whether they actually got screened. The goal was to understand how to support informed choices, not to test a treatment.
