Exercise program aims to boost resilience in black breast cancer survivors

Summary

This pilot study is testing a 12-week exercise program designed for Black women who have finished treatment for early-stage breast cancer. The goal is to see if the program is practical and enjoyable, and whether it helps improve physical and emotional well-being. About 75 women will take part, with some starting the program right away and others joining later.
