Summary
This study collects blood, saliva, and tissue samples from breast cancer patients and healthy volunteers to create a research bank. Researchers at Memorial Sloan Kettering will use these samples to study what causes breast cancer and find better ways to prevent, detect, and treat it. The study involves 7,000 participants and focuses on gathering materials for future research rather than testing treatments.
