First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study is for people whose breast cancer has returned after previous breast-conserving surgery and whole-breast radiation. The standard treatment after repeat surgery is radiation twice a day for 30 sessions. This trial tests whether giving radiation once a day for 15 sessions is just as safe and effective. About 55 participants will be enrolled to compare side effects and cancer recurrence rates.
