Can a simple survey improve care for senior breast cancer survivors?

NCT ID NCT04292847

Summary

This study tested whether a detailed health survey could help identify and address problems in women aged 70+ after their main breast cancer treatment. Researchers gave the survey results to the patients' doctors and made specialist referrals when needed. The main goal was to see if this process worked during regular clinic visits and if patients followed through with the recommended care.
