Summary
This study is testing whether using a special coated mesh during breast reconstruction surgery can reduce complications. It involves 100 women with breast cancer who are having reconstruction with implants immediately after their mastectomy. Researchers will compare outcomes between patients who receive the mesh with their implant and those who receive the implant alone.
