One-Week radiation offers new hope to women facing breast cancer again

Summary
This study is testing a new, shorter radiation schedule for women whose breast cancer has returned in a previously treated breast. Instead of the standard 3-5 weeks of treatment, participants receive radiation focused only on the tumor area over just 5 days (one week). The main goal is to see if this approach effectively controls the cancer while causing fewer serious side effects, helping women keep their breast and maintain a better quality of life.
