Summary
This study is testing whether a more targeted radiation treatment is just as good as the standard, broader radiation at keeping breast cancer from coming back. It involves over 1,600 women with early-stage breast cancer who have had surgery and have a small amount of cancer in 1-2 lymph nodes. The goal is to see if the more focused treatment works as well while potentially causing fewer side effects.
