Summary

This large study is testing whether adding radiation to a specific set of lymph nodes inside the chest wall helps prevent breast cancer from coming back in high-risk patients. It involves 2,400 people who have already had surgery and chemotherapy. Researchers will compare two radiation approaches to see which one leads to longer survival with fewer side effects.
