Five treatments instead of weeks: new breast cancer radiation study
NCT ID NCT06295744
Summary
This study is testing a very short, 5-session radiation treatment for women with early-stage breast cancer. It aims to see how well the treatment works, how it affects the breast's appearance, and what side effects patients experience. Researchers will follow 50 participants for five years to track their recovery, quality of life, and cancer control.
