First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study aimed to find protein patterns (proteomic signatures) in tumor samples and blood that could predict how well breast cancer responds to chemotherapy given before surgery. Researchers analyzed samples from 66 women with breast cancer who had not received chemotherapy before. The goal was to better understand which patients might benefit most from this treatment approach.
