Summary
This study tested if starting physical therapy and education before breast cancer treatment is practical and helpful. It involved 75 women who were randomly assigned to receive either this early support or standard care. The goal was to see if preparing the body beforehand could help people better manage common treatment side effects like joint pain, weakness, and fatigue.
