Summary
This study aimed to find the best time of day to take hormone therapy pills for breast cancer to reduce side effects and help patients continue their treatment. Researchers compared taking the medication in the morning versus the evening in 245 patients with early-stage breast cancer. The goal was to see if timing the dose with the body's natural daily rhythms could improve quality of life and treatment adherence.
