New hope for breast cancer patients suffering treatment side effects
NCT ID NCT07409948
Summary
This study is testing a program designed to help breast cancer patients in Ethiopia who experience joint pain, stiffness, and fatigue from their hormone therapy. The program, adapted from one used in China, combines home exercises, education, and symptom tracking. Researchers will compare 88 patients using this program to those receiving usual care to see if it better manages pain, improves quality of life, and helps patients stay on their cancer treatment.
