First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study takes small samples of breast cancer that has spread to the brain or other organs and grows them in the lab. Researchers will test different treatments on these lab-grown models to see if they can predict how the patient's own cancer will respond. The goal is to learn whether this approach can help choose the most effective therapy for each person.
