Summary

This study tests whether some people with early-stage breast cancer can safely avoid surgery after chemotherapy and radiation. Participants will be monitored with MRIs, mammograms, and blood tests to check if the cancer stays away. The goal is to see if a non-surgical approach works as well as standard treatment for certain breast cancer types.
