Summary
This study looked at how different hormone therapies for breast cancer affect memory in postmenopausal women. 44 women were randomly assigned to take either an aromatase inhibitor (letrozole, anastrozole, or exemestane) or tamoxifen. Researchers tested memory and thinking skills after 6 and 12 months of treatment to see which drug had fewer side effects on the brain.
