Arm workouts may protect hearts of breast cancer survivors

Summary
This study looks at whether upper-arm aerobic exercises can help reduce artery stiffness caused by cancer treatments in women with breast cancer. Researchers will measure artery health in 18 women aged 40-69 who are at least 15 months past surgery. The goal is to understand if simple arm exercises can improve blood vessel function.
