Summary

This study is testing a new combination of two drugs, called BNT323 and BNT327, for people with advanced breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The first part of the study aims to find the safest and most effective dose. The second part will compare how well the drug combination works against each drug given alone, looking to see if it can shrink tumors and control the disease.
