Summary
This study tested a new drug called LY3484356 to see how it affects breast cancer tumors before surgery. Researchers gave the drug to 87 postmenopausal women with early-stage, hormone-sensitive breast cancer for a short period before their planned operation. The main goal was to measure changes in the cancer cells to understand if the drug works as intended.
