Summary
This study tested a blood test to see if it could help doctors make sure patients with advanced breast cancer were getting the right amount of their main treatment drug. Researchers wanted to see if the test could spot when drug levels were too low, possibly due to missed doses or interactions with other medications, so that care could be adjusted. The goal was to help patients get the most benefit from their treatment.
