New hope for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer
NCT ID NCT04556773
Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether combining an existing breast cancer drug (trastuzumab deruxtecan) with other cancer therapies is safe and effective for patients with advanced HER2-low breast cancer. It involves 138 adults whose cancer has spread and who have tried other treatments. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose combinations.
