Summary

This study is testing the safety and feasibility of using two drugs, anastrozole and palbociclib, together to control advanced breast cancer that has spread. It is for postmenopausal women whose cancer is hormone-sensitive and HER2-negative. The trial has two groups: one testing the drugs as a first treatment, and another testing them as a maintenance therapy after initial chemotherapy.
