Summary

This study aims to understand how certain breast cancer drugs affect body composition—specifically fat and muscle mass. Researchers will follow 30 patients with advanced breast cancer who are starting standard treatment with CDK 4/6 inhibitor drugs. They will use scans and blood tests to track changes in body fat, muscle, and related health markers over 24 weeks.
