Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of three cancer drugs can help people with a specific type of advanced breast cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord. The main goal is to see if more patients are alive one year after starting this treatment. The trial will also measure if the treatment reduces neurological symptoms, improves quality of life, and controls the cancer in the spinal fluid.
