Summary

This study aims to understand the brain basis of social anxiety. Researchers will measure specific slow brain waves in 30 people with social anxiety disorder while they anticipate a stressful social situation. The goal is to see if these brain waves can serve as a biological marker for anxiety, which could help guide future treatment development.
