First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 17, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a coach-led early literacy and numeracy program to regular shared reading can improve developmental test scores in infants at 24 months old. About 188 babies born at 35 weeks or later will take part. All families get reading training, and half also get the extra program. The goal is to see if the extra coaching helps babies learn and develop better.
