First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests a new ultrasound system (SonoClear®) that mimics brain tissue to give surgeons clearer images during brain tumor removal. Fifteen adults with glioma will have their images compared to standard methods. The goal is to see if the system reduces image noise and helps surgeons see better, while also checking for any safety issues up to 6 months after surgery.
