Scientists track hidden protein clues in aggressive brain cancer
NCT ID NCT03526822
Summary
This study aims to learn more about glioblastoma, an aggressive brain tumor, by observing 100 newly diagnosed adults. Researchers will track levels of specific proteins in the blood and tumor tissue over time and see how they relate to features seen on MRI scans. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help guide future treatments, but this study itself does not test a new therapy.
