Can playing an online game keep your mind sharp as you age?
NCT ID NCT06995638
Summary
This study is testing whether playing a specific online brain training game can help maintain thinking skills in healthy older adults. Researchers want to see if practicing multitasking in the game improves daily mental abilities and could potentially help reduce the risk of future memory problems. Participants aged 60-75 will play the game for 10 sessions over a month and have their thinking skills measured before and after.
