Brain games for seniors: do they really work?

Summary

This study looks at whether a computer-based brain training program can improve thinking skills, memory, and emotional well-being in healthy older adults and those with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). About 156 Spanish-speaking adults aged 65 and older will take part. The goal is to see if training executive functions (like planning and focus) also helps with memory and quality of life.
