Summary
This study looked at whether a special video game that combines physical exercise with mental challenges can improve attention and working memory in healthy adults. 49 participants were assigned to different training groups for 8 weeks. The goal was to understand if combining physical and cognitive tasks has a stronger effect than doing either alone.
