Summary
This study aims to understand how opioid addiction affects the brain by comparing brain scans of people with opioid use disorder to healthy volunteers. Researchers will use special imaging to look at cannabinoid receptors in the brain. The goal is to gather knowledge about brain changes in addiction, not to provide treatment.
