Brain scans probe hidden link between military perfectionism and suicide risk

NCT ID NCT06355284

Summary

This study aims to understand how a rigid, perfectionistic thinking style common in veterans relates to social difficulties and suicide risk. Researchers will recruit about 74 trauma-exposed veterans to test methods like brain scans and weekly surveys. The goal is to gather information to help design better future treatments, not to provide treatment in this study.
