Summary
This study tested whether combining a gentle nerve stimulation device with stress reduction training could help reduce migraine pain. Researchers enrolled 193 adults with migraines and some healthy volunteers to compare their brain scans. The goal was to see if this 8-week combination treatment changed brain activity and inflammation linked to migraine attacks.
