Summary

This study tests a new way to improve sleep in people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). It combines a gentle brain stimulation technique (transcranial magnetic stimulation) with cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. The goal is to see if this approach can improve sleep quality and memory. The study involves 30 adults aged 60 and older with MCI and insomnia.
