Summary

This study tested whether a safe, mild electrical brain stimulation could help people with long-term stroke effects regain arm and hand movement. Participants received either real or fake stimulation on their scalp while doing hand exercises. Researchers measured changes in brain activity and arm function to see if the treatment helped.
