Brain pacemaker trial aims to help spinal injury patients walk again

Summary
This study is testing whether deep brain stimulation can help people with spinal cord injuries walk better. Researchers will implant a small device in the brain to deliver electrical pulses to a specific area involved in movement. The trial involves 6 participants with incomplete spinal injuries who can stand with support but have significant walking difficulties.
