Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique can reduce severe, treatment-resistant nerve pain in people with spinal cord injuries. Researchers will compare stimulating two different brain areas to see which is more effective at lowering pain scores. The goal is to find a new option for people whose pain doesn't respond to standard medications and therapies.
