Zapping brain waves to ease concussion headaches

NCT ID NCT06112093

Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS can help reduce chronic headaches that develop after mild traumatic brain injury (concussion). Researchers will give magnetic stimulation treatments to 60 adults who have had persistent headaches for at least 3 months following their injury. The goal is to see if reducing headaches also improves other concussion symptoms and helps people recover faster.
