Zapping the brain to calm Parkinson's shakes

NCT ID NCT07384442

Summary

This study is testing whether a new, non-invasive brain stimulation technique can help reduce tremors and improve walking in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare the effects of real stimulation to a fake (sham) stimulation in 50 participants. The goal is to see if this approach can become a new treatment option for managing these difficult movement symptoms.
