Zapping brain fatigue: new hope for MS patients

Summary
This study is testing whether gentle electrical brain stimulation can reduce the severe fatigue that affects many people with multiple sclerosis. Researchers will compare 84 participants with and without fatigue, using brain scans and blood tests to understand how the treatment works. The goal is to develop better ways to manage this common and debilitating MS symptom.
