Summary
This study is testing a non-drug treatment called transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) for people who have both depression and long-term pain. Over 240 participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of four types of gentle brain stimulation or a sham (fake) treatment for two weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels and depression symptoms to see which approach works best.
