Magnetic pulses to the brain tested for memory loss

NCT ID NCT06579664

Summary

This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique can improve thinking and memory in people with cognitive impairment from cerebral small vessel disease. Researchers will compare a real magnetic stimulation treatment to a fake (sham) treatment in 58 participants aged 45-80. The goal is to see if this safe, painless procedure can help with symptoms like forgetfulness and slow thinking.
