Magnetic pulses to the brain tested as new weapon against chronic pain
NCT ID NCT06250491
Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique can reduce chronic pain from nerve damage or fibromyalgia. 100 participants with daily pain will be randomly assigned to receive either real or fake magnetic stimulation sessions over 10 weeks. The main goal is to see if the real treatment provides better pain relief after 3 months compared to the fake treatment.
