Zapping brain pain: magnetic therapy tested for cancer patients
NCT ID NCT07187219
Summary
This study tests whether magnetic stimulation of the brain can reduce chronic nerve pain in cancer patients. Sixty participants with pain that hasn't responded well to medications will receive either real or placebo brain stimulation sessions. Researchers will compare pain relief between the two approaches to see if this non-drug treatment helps.
