NCT ID NCT07197502

Summary

This UCLA study is testing whether targeted magnetic brain stimulation can help people with Borderline Personality Disorder better manage their emotions and reduce impulsive behaviors. The research will involve 30 participants who will receive either real or placebo brain stimulation treatments over 2.5 months. Scientists will use brain scans and symptom assessments to measure whether this non-invasive approach helps control BPD symptoms like emotional dysregulation and impulsivity.
